1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the TribeTalk social network (hereinafter referred to as "TribeTalk" or "the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use TribeTalk. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.1 Account Creation: To access certain features of TribeTalk, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4.1 Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post on TribeTalk, including text, photos, videos, and comments (collectively, "User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant TribeTalk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the User Content on the platform.

4.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to post User Content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, or violates the rights of others. TribeTalk reserves the right to remove or block access to any User Content that violates these Terms.

5.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use TribeTalk for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform.

5.2 Intellectual Property: TribeTalk's logos, trademarks, and content are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without prior written consent.

TribeTalk reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or block access to your account and the platform if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the platform.

TribeTalk may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. You will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

TribeTalk is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

In no event shall TribeTalk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of international juristdiction.
